Our Mission

The Ark Studios exists to provide a platform for inspiring stories and cinematic legacies. We are a space for ordinary people, families, brands, and creators to share meaningful narratives that educate, inspire, and connect.

To maintain this environment, all users — Creators and Viewers — must adhere to these Community Guidelines.

1) What We Stand For

Inspiring Content: Stories that celebrate life, heritage, achievement, resilience, creativity, and human connection.

Respect and Safety: A platform free from hate, violence, exploitation, and illegal activity.

Authenticity: Real stories told by real people, with proper permissions and respect for the rights of others.

2) Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on The Ark Studios and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination:

2.1 Child Safety Violations

Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM).
Sexualization of minors in any form.
Content that endangers the safety or well-being of children.

Our Policy: We have zero tolerance for child exploitation. Violations will be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities, including law enforcement and child protection organizations.

2.2 Adult, Erotic, and Sexually Explicit Content

The Ark Studios is a platform for general audiences and professional storytelling. We strictly prohibit:

Pornography or sexually explicit acts.
Content labeled or intended as "Adult," "Erotic," "Sensual," "Hot," or "Sexy" that is primarily designed for sexual arousal.
Explicit nudity (genitals, sexual acts, or close-ups of intimate body parts in a sexual context).
Content depicting or promoting non-consensual sexual acts.
Content depicting bestiality.

Note: While we respect all individuals regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or relationship status, content focused on eroticism or sensual themes is outside the scope of our brand mission. Our focus is on inspiring, non-erotic narratives.

Artistic or Educational Nudity: In rare cases, non-sexual nudity in a clearly artistic, historical, educational, or documentary context may be permitted, but it must be appropriately labeled and age-gated. When in doubt, contact us before uploading.

2.3 Violence and Graphic Content

Extreme violence, gore, or "snuff" content.
Content that glorifies or promotes self-harm or suicide.
Depictions of torture, mutilation, or cruelty to humans or animals.

Exceptions: Historical, educational, or documentary content that includes violence may be allowed if it is clearly contextualized, not gratuitous, and appropriately age-gated.

2.4 Hate Speech and Harassment

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on:

Race, ethnicity, national origin
Religion or belief
Disability
Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
Age
Veteran status
Any other protected characteristic

Harassment, bullying, doxxing (sharing private information without consent), or threats against individuals.

2.5 Terrorism and Violent Extremism

Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides material support to terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups.
Recruitment or radicalization content.

2.6 Illegal Activities

Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to:

Drug trafficking or illegal drug use
Illegal weapons sales or trafficking
Human trafficking
Fraud, scams, or financial crimes
Instructions or tutorials intended to cause harm or enable illegal acts.

2.7 Intellectual Property Infringement

Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized use of music, images, video footage, logos, or branded content.

2.8 Privacy Violations and Impersonation

Sharing someone's personal information (doxxing) without their consent.
Impersonating another person, brand, or organization.
Misleading users about your identity or affiliation.

2.9 Spam and Platform Abuse

Spam, repetitive, or misleading content.
Artificially inflating views, engagement, or revenue (e.g., bots, click farms).
Attempting to bypass security, moderation, or paywall systems.
Scraping or unauthorized data collection from the Platform.

3) Enforcement and Moderation

3.1 How We Moderate

We use a combination of:

Automated systems (AI-based content moderation) to detect prohibited content at upload.
Human review for flagged or reported content.
User reports — every piece of content has a "Report" button.

3.2 What Happens If You Violate These Guidelines

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

Remove or restrict content without prior notice.
Apply age restrictions to content.
Demonetize content (remove eligibility for revenue sharing).
Issue warnings or strikes to your account.
Suspend or permanently terminate your account without refund of any fees paid (including AI generation fees).
Report illegal activity to law enforcement or other authorities.

3.3 No Refunds for Violations

If your content is removed or your account is terminated due to a violation of these Guidelines, you will not receive a refund for any generation fees, subscriptions, or other payments.

4) Reporting Content

If you see content that violates these Guidelines, please report it immediately using the "Report" button on the content page or by contacting us at legal@thearkstudios.com.

We review all reports and take appropriate action. Please note that we cannot provide detailed information about the outcome of specific reports due to privacy considerations.

5) Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was restricted in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting legal@thearkstudios.com with:

Your account information
The content in question
An explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect

We will review appeals, but we are not obligated to restore content or accounts.

6) Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or community standards. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
